We encourage you to stop by Centerville and see what’s new. Click Here to view a Gallery of the Stables and Riding Trails.

Equestrian Area: Residents enjoy a 10-stall barn, a riding ring, and approximately 17 acres of pasture, which serves as a visual scenic byway along Centerville Road and Pisgah Church Road.

Over 7 Miles of Private Hiking, Horseback Riding, and Nature Trails are marked by bluebird houses, fox squirrel boxes, and foot bridges. There is also a 2-mile paved ‘Centerville Conservation Trail’ which is a public pedway along both Centerville and Pisgah Church Roads.

Also, we remind you that the Lake House is ready to be reserved for just a minimal cleaning fee. It’s a great venue for parties, meetings, luncheons, etc.

The Centerville Stable is a beautiful horse boarding facility available for the owners in Centerville Conservation Community. Our barn is a state-of-the-art, center aisle facility, built in the summer of 2007. Horses can get turnout time, day and night, in large grassy paddocks. Centerville has a riding ring located by the Stable. Also, over 7 Miles of trails surround the property.
