Conservation: Centerville is located on 975 acres and the majority of the land, almost 70%, will remain wildlife and aesthetic preserve as it is today. Centerville will continue to be managed as a recreational and aesthetic preserve.
There are two beautiful lakes at Centerville; Lake Pisgah and Amber Lake. They are two of the most professionally managed lakes in North Florida. The fishery is excellent. Four feeders provide feed three times a day to Bluegill, Stumpknockers, Catfish, Threadfin Shad, Largemouth Bass, and Tiger Bass. Over 200 bass are tagged for our internal research and efforts to keep these lakes as two of the best trophy bass lakes in North Florida.
Lake House:
The Lake House is the featured amenity on Lake Pisgah at Centerville. Here, residents entertain guests, picnic, relax on the dock, and just enjoy the scenery on the 18 acre lake. The Lake House also includes a dock, deck boat, kayaks, and canoes.
